That might explain indeed the index being so high (see comments in the previous post).<br /><br />I want to add 2 points:<br /><br />- China rebalancing is not rebalancing at all and that is mainly because of a drop in demand from western consumers<br />http://www.newamerica.net/publications/policy/why_trade_figures_do_not_prove_china_is_rebalancing<br /><br />This is via Mish's blog.<br /><br />- The other day Amazon (the start of online retailing) offered a cautious outlook going forward.<br /><br />I think the XRT will triple from here.D-mannoreply@blogger.com
